Mindful Movement is a dive into the first landscape of Soul Motion: Dance Intimate. The practice begins with 5 minutes of stillness, offering time to connect to our breath, our vertical alignment and attune to the present moment. The next 45-50 minutes is gently guided with somatic inquiries so we may deepen our relationship to sensation and our body submerged in the movement moment. The practice ends with 5 minutes of stillness, allowing time to reflect upon the movement journey and quiet the mind once again. This practice is great for beginners and dance devotees alike.
